Our Commitment to Child Safety
HubTweak is committed to protecting children from exploitation and abuse. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. Our app is designed to detect, prevent, and respond swiftly to any instances of such behavior.
We actively work to create a safe environment for all users, especially minors.
Prohibited Behavior
The following activities are strictly prohibited on HubTweak:
- Sharing, uploading, or possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to exploit minors
- Engaging in sexually explicit conversations with minors
- Impersonating a minor to engage in harmful activities
- Any attempt to use the app for the purpose of exploiting children
Any user found engaging in these activities will be permanently banned and reported to appropriate authorities.
Detection and Prevention
To help prevent CSAE, we use a combination of:
- User reports and moderation: Users can report any inappropriate behavior directly within the app
- Content monitoring: Our team reviews reported content and conducts regular audits
- Industry best practices: We adopt measures from organizations like the Tech Coalition to combat online CSAE
We cooperate with trusted organizations and law enforcement agencies to support the identification and removal of illegal content.
Reporting Abuse
If you encounter any suspicious activity or believe someone is at risk, please report it immediately using the reporting tools available in the app or by contacting us directly.
All reports are taken seriously and handled confidentially. Where necessary, we escalate cases to appropriate authorities.
Compliance with Child Safety Laws
- Reporting CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and similar authorities
- Cooperating with international law enforcement investigations
- Following mandatory reporting obligations where required
We are committed to regularly updating our policies to reflect new legal requirements and best practices.
