This page describes how HubTweak approaches user safety, privacy, and app content disclosures. App distribution platforms may require this information during review to confirm that the app is safe for its intended users, compliant with applicable policies, and meets legal requirements.

HubTweak keeps policy declarations and disclosures accurate and up to date. If reviewers need help accessing restricted areas, HubTweak provides the required access instructions through the relevant review channels.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy (together with any in-app disclosures) aims to explain how HubTweak collects, uses, and shares user data, including the types of parties with whom it may be shared.

• Privacy policy is available on an active URL and applies specifically to HubTweak
• If the app targets children, a privacy policy is provided regardless of whether sensitive permissions or data are accessed
• If the app accesses sensitive permissions or data, a privacy policy is linked in the store listing and available within the app

Ads

HubTweak accurately declares whether the app contains ads. “Ads” includes ads delivered through third-party ad SDKs, display ads, native ads, and banners.

• If ads are present, they are declared so the appropriate “Contains ads” label can be shown where required
• Paid product placement and commercial content are handled in line with applicable local laws

App Access

If the entire app or parts of the app are restricted (for example, behind login, membership, location, or other authentication), HubTweak provides the access details needed for review.

• Access instructions include any special login mechanisms (one-time passwords, multi-factor authentication, unusual sign-in flows)
• Instructions are kept current so reviews can be completed without delays

Target Audience & Content

HubTweak provides accurate target audience information and content disclosures. If children are included in the target audience, HubTweak follows additional child safety requirements and reporting standards.

Permissions & Sensitive Access

Where high-risk or sensitive permissions are used (for example, SMS or call log), HubTweak discloses the purpose and intended use and completes any required permission declarations during release review.

Content Ratings
