Support Policy

Reporting suspected child abuse content

In the app, open the post/profile/message, tap Report, then choose the Child safety option and follow the prompts. Selecting the right category routes the report to the correct safety queue.

Reporting other harmful content

Use Report in the app and pick the most accurate reason (harassment, spam, nudity, violence, etc.). Accurate categories help reduce false positives and speed up review.

Bug reports on Twitter/X

Reply to our pinned bug report post with: device + OS version, app version, what you expected, what happened, and a link/username if relevant. Avoid sharing passwords, verification codes, or private information.
